The women in this program have full, busy lives, and have varying goals: fat loss, muscle-building, or recomp.

This program is periodized to recomp your body (build lean muscle and burn fat) in a cyclical manner throughout the year.

My aim with all of my plans is that you’re satisfied and satiated with your meals, excited for each workout, and have high energy levels.

While this program does focus on nutrition and training, it also focuses on the WHOLE WOMAN/person. If you’re looking for a quick fix, crash diet, or program to consume your life, this is not it.

But if you’re looking for a program that fits WITH your busy lifestyle, one that gives you guidance, structure, and with a dash of grace, I’d love to work with you in it.
