In other words, I’m here to help you LOOK great, but also feel amazing.

Because I know a thing or two about life-sucking, energy-depleting, mood-zapping diets and exercise plans, research-backed and client-proven nutrition and training strategies will both get you physical results, get you stronger, and help you feel pretty dang proud of yourself, too.

HERE’S HOW IT GOES DOWN.
We start with an emphasis on nutrient quality, ensuring the foods you eat for the most part are going to help you feel good, provide proper energy, and deliver nutrients to your body.

Then we look at your macronutrient split, ensuring you’re eating the right amount of carbs, protein, and fat for your goals. I weave in a taste of the If It Fits Your Macros approach here, because while you’ll be eating mostly whole, nutrient-rich foods, this allows you to fit in some of your favorite treats here and there.

On the training side of things, the foundation of your training will be include strength training, and then from there, the amount of conditioning, cardio, and corrective exercises as well as format are all dependent on your goals and current situation.

Paige Kumpf is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and has helped hundreds of women lose body fat, see changes in their body, and perform feats they never thought they could since 2009. When she’s not coaching clients, she can be found hiking in the colorado mountains, playing volleyball, skiing, or killing brain cells watching reality TV.
