  • YTP Boot Camp will be challenging, but there are modifications for beginners You will need at least base level of fitness to start
  • Must-have: Two pairs of dumbbells
  • Nice-to-have (but not required:) Stability ball, resistance bands, barbell
  • An open-mind and willing attitude
  • A strong desire to lose 5-10 pounds or more, lean out, and/or build strength and confidence

  • Boot camp starts on September 8th, and will run for 8 weeks
  • The week before boot camp begins, we’ll schedule a phone/skype consultation so that we can be on the same page as far as your individual goals, your lifestyle/schedule, and your access to equipment
  • Each week, you’ll get new workouts, including strength workouts, conditioning workouts, cardio, and mobility
  • There will be 5 workout to complete each week
  • You’ll be asked to log your food for 3 days prior to boot camp start, and then one week into boot camp
  • After you register, I’ll send you the necessary forms to fill out, and then we’ll schedule our initial consultation
