Every now and then it inevitably happens – even to the best of us: we’ll be trucking along with our current workouts. Maybe we’re a month into our current plan, and maybe 3 months. Then bam! All of the sudden motivation is nowhere to be seen. This could mean it’s time for a break, but it could also mean you just need to switch things up. To find a new way to look forward to your workouts again.

What is #MoveHappy?
If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’m a HUGE proponent of finding joy in your training. In fact, I believe if you don’t find any joy in your training, then you’re doing it wrong.
And that’s what MoveHappy is all about….training with joy, or moving happy! The #MoveHappy challenge is a way to encourage everyone to find a way to MOVE in a way that makes you HAPPY! And it’s free!
This July I’m joining Heather from FitAspire to co-host the 30-day challenge that helps YOU find joy in movement. During the month of July, you’ll receive weekly workouts, motivation & inspiration, smoothie recipes (aka #movehappy fuel,) playlists, and more, plus the chance to win some pretty cool prize packages.

#MoveHappy to me means actually enjoying the active lifestyle. The only way it will be a lifestyle is if you enjoy it. I’m excited to do this. I’ve doing good with my workouts but feel like I need a little extra motivation & I always need motivation to eat healthy. Thanks!

It means feeling good and being happy. Living an active lifestyle should be part of that attitude. A challenge is a great way to bring people together too!
