Good morning, my friends! Man, this week has simply flown by. Between getting back from Cali on Monday and my schedule being packed with online training consults, it’s hard to believe we’re here at the end of the week again.

In between client calls and training sessions yesterday, I filmed a quick, 10 minute workout for you guys, but my video editor was acting funny, so I promise it will come next week. In the meantime, let’s talk workout music!

I don’t know about you guys, but a rockin’ beat and jammin’ tunes is a must for a top notch workout for me. Since teaching spin, I’ve gotten way into workout tunes – it’s almost an obsession! I had a lot of fun writing about my top workout songs in 2014 for the New Year, but they’ve changed yet again since mid January. That was so 2 months ago. It’s MARCH now! Smile

This month’s list, like most of my fave workout tunes has a hip hop vibe along with a side of techno. What can I say? It’s what gets me moooovin. David Guetta, Pharrell, Jason Derula, and Avicii come as no surprise, but unexpected on the list was Jennifer Lopez and Miley Cyrus.
