I’ve mentioned before that I get a high when things click into place nutritionally and training-wise for a client. It’s usually toward the end of week 1 or the beginning of week 2. Cravings start to subside, initial progress is seen, and inches start to drop.
These are all good things! I love it when my clients announce that they need to buy new clothes — or are feeling much better in the jeans they wear now.
However — what helps to keep these changes lasting long term — what helps make it a LIFEstyle, is how you feel.
If you feel stronger. If you feel GOOD. If you feel satiated, then you’re much more likely to turn these changes into habits, and those habits into a lifestyle.
That’s what it’s about. I still work with many of the women who go through Lean Body Boot Camp in my membership program and these women prioritize
The two Lean Body Boot Camp groups I coached this year in January and February were my first back since Aria was born. It’s also an entirely new program from the one I ran all of 2017. Of course, the core principles are still the same — as it’s those that help get my clients their awesome results (but primarily, their hard work.)
The amount of time I have to work now has significantly decreased, but I genuinely love coaching this program. I love seeing the positive changes my clients make from week 1 to week 6 inside and out. Since my time is more limited, so are the spaces. I’m limiting this program to 15 women, and a little more than half the spots are already taken from the wait list.
