Some thoughts and discussions from me.

I am SO excited to announce that sign ups are open for my very last Lean Body training & nutrition boot camp of the year.

I’m pumped to have one more opportunity this year to coach and train a new group of 20-25 women through metabolically and physically challenging workouts, new ways of eating for fat loss, and bettering your mindset along the way.

—I’m also extremely proud of the hard work and results I’ve seen from the hundreds of clients I’ve trained in this program this year. However, it’s sad knowing this will be my last time running this program until January!!

If you’ve been working out consistently and eating clean, but just not seeing results from your efforts, this program is for you. The strategies, training, and techniques in this program are unlike any other.

In the 6 week program, you will follow a smart, expertly designed training program geared to provide maximal results, pushing the envelope, without causing burn out or overtraining, by rotating training stressors.

We’ll also focus on carb cycling with your own individualized macronutrients, with periodic adjustments, so you can start feeling and seeing results off the bat.

The second component you’ll learn is proper nutrient timing, in order to allow your body to burn fat more efficiently, and feel great while doing it.

I understand how frustrating it can be to work out SO hard, eat healthy, and not see any results. For years, I was busting my butt in the gym – likely overtraining with lots of excess cardio – and eating what I thought to be was healthy, only to not see any change in my body, and feel kinda crappy.

After making some smart changes in my training, implementing a periodized training program, and making changes to my macronutrients – and their timing – I began to see my body transform.

Since then – dozens and dozens of hours of research and learning – I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their physiques, as well. You can read testimonials herehere, as well as see more before and afters on my Instagram page.

This program is for you if you’re interested in leaning out, decreasing body fat, and increasing muscle definition and lean muscle tissue. The techniques are a little more advanced, so I do recommend a base level knowledge of nutrition. However, the goal here is to make changes that make sense to your goals and your workouts, and make your way of eating part of your lifestyle.

It’s also important to me that you have a customized experience — so while it’s a group program, you’ll have your own individual dashboard that you can access on your computer or your phone, with the workouts, video demo’s, instructions, calendar, etc. You’ll also have access to our accountability group, where we’ll have our daily check-ins, as well as posted recipes, support, group accountability and encouragement.

In addition to fat loss and body composition changes, you can expect to see an increase in energy, meal satiety, sleep quality, and a better mindset with food, your body, and training.

Since Baby K is due to make her appearance in October, this will be my LAST time running this program (or working with new clients in any program) in 2017. Spots are filling very quickly, and always fill to the cap.
