Some thoughts and discussions from me.

My client, Rachel, just wasn’t seeing results working on her own before pulling the trigger to join Lean Body training & nutrition boot camp. She was eating healthy and working out, but just not really seeing the changes she was looking for.

After getting some information from Rachel in order to give her her individualized macronutrients, and making some changes to the timing of her food, she started seeing results right away. She saw inches lost, pounds drop, and her body change.

The funny thing is, she didn’t need to change *what* she was eating; she was still enjoying the foods she was before LBB.

The difference was the amounts of macronutrients, and their timing, as well as Rachel’s will and hard work, that was the impetus for those results.

This week, I’m opening up registration for 15-20 spots in my 6-week May 1st Lean Body training & nutrition boot camp.

 

If what you’re doing now isn’t working for you — whether it’s making you feel restricted, you’re spending hours in the gym, or you’re just plain not seeing the results you’d like to see, I’m confident that the changes we’ll make in this program will have a positive impact toward your goals.In LBB, you’ll complete a periodized training plan, including lifting, HIIT, and mobility, with new workouts delivered to you each week. You can choose between the in-the-gym track, or the at-home track, depending on your access to equipment.

You’ll also make some smart changes with your nutrition, including the amounts of protein, carbs, and fat you’re eating, and when you’re eating them. The goal is always satiety and satisfaction, with no feelings of deprivation or restrictions — all while seeing continued results.

It might be an adjustment for you, but I promise that we’ll place NO foods off limits, and all of the changes we make are intended to provide a lifestyle template for you to follow even beyond the 6 week program.

“Before this program, I had the motivation, but something wasn’t clicking and I wasn’t seeing the progress that I’d hope to. I was a little hesitant when I first signed up, since I wasn’t sure how I’d do and how it would go being an online client. However, I’m really glad that I did sign up. Before this program, I’d say that I tracked macros, but I was more focused on calories and didn’t really pay attention to the macro goals. I’ve also enjoyed the workouts. I’ve liked going to the gym with a plan in hand instead of figuring it out as I go. It’s taken me outside of my comfort zone and I’ve tried exercises/equipment that I haven’t before.”
