Some thoughts and discussions from me.
Some thoughts and discussions from me.
It’s here!! –and I’m so excited. Registration is officially open for my new Peak Physique Online Boot Camp, where we’re utilizing carbohydrate cycling, nutrient timing, and training intensity cycling in order to lean out, lose 5-10 pounds or more, get stronger, and see more muscle definition.
If you find yourself tired, feeling out of shape, or wanting to lose 5-10 pounds or more, this program will help increase your energy, feel more fit, and drop body fat.
If you’re looking to lean out the mid-section, try nutrition methods that work and click for you, and see the hard work you put in at the gym, this program is for you.
I used to find myself “eating clean,” reaching for 5 small meals a day, trying to avoid carbohydrates after dinner, and running and doing long form cardio most days of the week. As a personal trainer, this is what my previous studies had told me. Yet, I wondered why my body was continuously fluctuating, and I felt as if I were in a permanent state of just feeling a “little bloated.”
It wasn’t until I dove head first into nutrient timing, macronutrients, and macro-cycling that it all finally clicked for me, and I saw my body transform. After 1.5 years of researching, working with high profile nutrition coaches, and lots of journal reading that I can now say that I have learned what I needed to implement in order to maintain a physique I’m comfortable with (that’s still very healthy for me) pretty easily.
Before, it was either “on a diet” or in relaxed mode, but from simply being mindful about three concepts: macronutrient cycling, nutrient timing, and training intensity cycling, I have been able to literally change my body composition – and how it builds muscle and burns fat. (Also, I’m almost the exact same weight in the two pictures above, but my body fat percentage is lower in the second picture.)
We’ll be using these exact nutrition and training principles in my March 28th Peak Physique Level 2 Online Boot Camp.
As you can surmise, these concepts are a little more advanced, so you must have a base knowledge of nutrition as well as prior workout or strength training history to register. As well, although it won’t require tracking numbers (more on that in a sec) we will be making some big changes with your nutrition in regards to your meal make up, macronutrients, and timing, so a healthy attitude towards food is also required.
While this is a group program, you’ll get your own personalized nutrition and macronutrient plan. We will all follow the carbohydrate cycling and nutrient timing plan, but some ladies will be keeping track of servings of macronutrients, while others will be keeping track of macronutrient grams. This is dependent on your preference, lifestyle, and personality, as tracking numbers comes easily to some, while it leads to obsession for others.
Our weekly workouts will coincide with our nutrition each week, and you’ll get new workouts each week following this format:
And there will also be a short recovery routine to complete each week. All of your workouts – as well as the exercise video demonstrations, workout calendar, and progress tracking will be delivered to you on your individual training platform. For equipment, you’ll need access to dumbbells; a jump rope will be handy, as well.
If you’ve worked with me before, you know I’m very big on creating the most positive mindset surrounding food, training, and body image as you can, so we’ll also be implementing some deliverables along the way that pertain to body image, mindset, and stress reduction.
If your goal is to lean out, get stronger, and you’re ready to participate in a progressive, engaging, and results-driven program, I would love to work with you in this program.
If you’re ready to make some changes and see results, you can claim your spot HERE. Or if you’d like more information, you can fill out the form below.
