One of my absolute favorite things about training clients is helping you celebrate your victories. I literally save every single email and call with successes to celebrate. (No really, they get filed away in my “client success folder!)
It feels amazing to help clients celebrate their victories. (Of course, I also share the struggles, which is also a daily part of the job. But that’s another post for another time.)
Since my brand new online training boot camp is starting February 8th, (there a still a few spots open and I would to have you join!) today I’m sharing some past boot campers’ celebrations with you!
Take Nicole, for example. Nicole was already is good shape and fairly lean. But she wanted to take it up a notch. She wanted to accelerate her training and dial in on nutrition to help facilitate her goals.
