Good morning, friends!

I hope you had a wonderful new year, and are ready to kick start week 1 of 2016 with a bang! I rang in the New Year sleeping peacefully right around 11p. We had an early wake up call the next day, so heading to bed early (well, still late for me) was more than fine with me.

Today’s an exciting day for me because I’m kicking off my Sculpted Strong membership program (currently only open to clients I’m currently working with or have worked with in the past) and my Results online boot camp!! I always love the excitement of starting a new program – and carrying it through to finishing it.

But today I wanted to share a quick HIIT workout that you can do virtually anywhere (you’ll only need one dumbbell!) – and one that doesn’t include burpees of any variety! Burpees are a movement that many love to hate, and while they’re a great movement if done properly, they aren’t a necessity in every single body weight HIIT workout. So, here’s one without them!
