Some thoughts and discussions from me.
Good morning, friends!
I hope you had a lovely weekend. Yes, I understand that it’s now Tuesday, but from Friday-Monday, two of my good friends from Illinois were in town visiting – and you guys, I had an absolute blast.
It’s been a very busy October and November behind the scenes here at YTP. As ya’ll likely know, I’m incredibly passionate about my training and coaching work, but that also means sometimes I work a little longer days than I probably should.
So, when friends come to visit, it’s like a forced, but welcome break from the grind. This weekend was FULL of laughs and Colorado activities like hiking, dining, shopping, and seeing the sights.
First class at Orange Theory Fitness – so fun!
There’s something SO necessary about girl time, laughs, and inside jokes, don’t you agree? Complete with an anthem song and catch phrases repeated all throughout the weekend, that describes the past few days to a T.
It also left me feeling recharged, and SO ready to jump back into work this week, which brings me to a super exciting announcement!
I am SO thrilled to be launching my brand new December boot camp – my 30-Day Holiday Impact Training Program!
If you’re motivated, and need a training and nutrition plan you can fit into your holiday schedule, accountability, and guidance, I’d love to work with you in this program. Right now, this is a holiday only program, and is offered specifically for December, starting Monday, November 30th.
This boot camp is for those who are looking to thrive during the holidays by completing a workout program that fits your busy schedule and nutritional guidance that make an impact.
There will be 5 workouts delivered to you each week, all metabolic in nature, meaning every workout will emphasize EPOC (workout afterburn) to keep your metabolism humming along on high as we go into the holidays.
They’ll also be short – 30 minutes or less – but effective and intense. I’ll also be including an individual consultation to discuss your personal goals, applicable nutrition guidelines for the program, daily check-ins, and you’ll have access to the group community.
From a previous boot camper, Courtney: “Choosing to join this boot camp was one of my smartest decisions! I loved how the workouts progressed..and appreciated the videos for unfamiliar exercises. I am now leaner, with my arms noticeably stronger and my stomach is especially noticeably flatter.” – Courtney A.
I will only be accepting 15 motivated individuals in this boot camp program. It starts November 30th, and I’d love to work with you. If you think it’d be a good fit for you and would like more information, comment below, or email me: yourtrainerpaige@gmail.com w/ subject “Holiday Impact” —Or, if you’re ready to sign up, you can do so easily HERE – and get a FREE healthy foods grocery list!

– Every person continually tells you natural meats are required on this procedure,
and I am saying to you they’re not. You may also be able
to form better eating habits at the same time. Before cooking, any fat on the 100-gram portion should be cut away, and no additional fats should
be added during cooking. You could take it through injections, drops, and pellets.
Well, that’s how hcg diet plan ensures you lose weight fast and even safely.
