Hiit Workout

 

Good morning, friends! I hope you had a lovely weekend, and a great Easter if you celebrated.

Our weekend surrounded around one thing: moving. It was exhausting, but, if all goes well, we should be ALL moved in this morning – eek! I so excited!

Anyway, over the weekend I recorded a vlog for ya’ll showcasing a new Body Weight (No Equipment) HIIT Workout, my weekly grocery haul, and your average awkward banter. Enjoy! šŸ™‚

I love workouts that don’t require any equipment because they still give you such a good workout, and you can do them essentially anywhere. This one left me huffing and puffing, and around minute 12:00, my rest breaks became blatantly longer. We’ll see how many rounds I can get in next time!
