Some thoughts and discussions from me.
Good morning!
Today is a very exciting day, because today’s the day Shane and I close on our new house – woohoo! It’s a new construction, so it’s been quite a journey the past few months seeing the progress each week, and it feels surreal that it’s officially OUR house. I plan on doing a little “home tour” on my Youtube video, so if that interests you, keep an eye out.
On the topic of YouTube, this morning I published a new video + recipe to my channel: my Sneaky Cardio Upper Body + Abs Workout. Then I show you how to make my most favorite bowl of post-workout muesli. It’s delish!
So – the workout.
You can view the video HERE, but I also wanted to give you guys a guide that you can use to follow along or pin for later. It’s only 30 minutes of work, but guys, it will SMOKE you. I was definitely sweating and breathing heavily 5 minutes in.

You’ll probably need some post-workout fuel after this one. Might I suggest my go-to post-workout bowl of muesli. It’s packed with protein, tasty, and super refreshing after a sweat sesh.

OK, this post is just going to be a quickie today. My schedule is jam-packed from 8am-9pm. Then tomorrow I have a 3:00am wakeup call – yipes!

I need to work on my arms and core so this is perfect for me. I am all about the circuit style workouts too..quick and effective. I wish I had a TRX to do jack knifes! Or that my gym would let people use them…they only let personal trainers use them =(

3:00 AM wake up call??? I thought I woke up early…That is just nuts! I love overnight oats and need to make more of these bowls as the temperatures are warming up + it is always a good idea to switch things up to. Thanks for sharing!
