Hey friends!
I have a new workout video for you today! This one is a 15-Minute Full Body Interval Workout, which you can simply turn into a 30-Minute workout by repeating all three rounds one more time through.
Cameos by Clarabelle, as usual.
All you need is some space, a sturdy surface, and yourself. Oh, and a towel…you’re probably going to need a towel.
Stick around after the workout for some dinner. Tonight we’re serving up Crockpot Fire Craker Chicken, which also only takes 15-minutes of prep time.
Disclaimer: discuss any new workout or nutrition changes with your doctor first.

And that’s whats for dinner tonight 😉
Glad I watched the video, because your recipe graphic looks like it says 3 1/2 c sauce and 3 1/2 c sugar on my screen!! I initially passed it up because well…. holy sugar! But, I am totally throwing this in my crock today.
Love the videos, keep them coming.
I know…I don’t know why that application did that to my image 🙁 It’s supposed to say 1/3-1/2 c.
Let me know how you like it!
The chicken was TASTY! Even better, my husband approved 🙂
Sometimes he is not into the “hippie” food that I serve him. Haha
Good to hear that! And my husband is the same way haha 😛
Graphic is fixed if you need to use if for reference 😉
Looks like a great killer workout, I may try this at lunch tomorrow!
I haven’t watched the video yet, (at work!) just a quick Q-it says to do each exercise as many times as possible in each 5 min group-how many reps of each move 10? 12?
Also, the graphs on the recipe are cut off, and the measurements are not legible, but hopefully the video will provide more details.
thanks!
Tara
10 reps of each! 🙂
And it will – I’ve updated the measurements on the graphic:)
Totally love short and sweet workouts that don’t take forever! Dinner looks delicious too!

I LOVE my crock pot and need to make a recipe this weekend for my meal prep. I have made Lindsay Cotter’s BBQ Lentil Stew literally 5 times. It is so good, makes a lot of leftovers, is budget friendly, and pretty much goes with EVERYTHING.
