Hello, hello!
I hope your week’s off to a great start. This week marked the start of RESOLVE Group Coaching, and naturally, I couldn’t be more excited! This is the first time one of my group coaching programs have been this involved, and I know my girls are going to be amazing (well, they already are amazing, but you know.)
With it being January, and regardless of whether you have made NY resolutions or not, it seems motivation is high this time of year. Last year I kicked off 2014 with my top 20 workout songs, and it was one of my most popular posts of the year! So I thought I’d do the same for this year.
Plus, there are some bumpin’ beats out there right now! One way I know there’s a lot of good tunes out is because I have a little extra fun putting together playlists for my spin and TRX classes. It’s been a blast lately!

I chose these songs because as soon as one starts playing, I catch myself starting to dance in my chair to the beats! That’s how I know they’d make me want to keep running/spinning/lifting in a workout 🙂

Tell me! What workout songs are you loving lately?!
That first song….my online gym partner is OBSESSED with it and I hated it at first but since he always plays it while we’re working out, it kind of grew on me hahaha!
Haha, it seems people either love it or hate it! I typically am not a fan of Bruno Mars, but I love the song!
I LOVE uptown funk!! I’m always dancing to it 🙂 The others I can’t wait to check out!

My other half recently updated the tracklist on my Ipod and I ended up with a selection of Olly Murs monstrosities. I was half way into a marathon distance run and had left the system on shiffle when I was subjected to more torment than I’ve felt running in my life. Thank goodness she hadn’t put Ed Sheeran on it as well- that would have been relationship over very quickly.
Great playlist. Uptown Funk is really the perfect song to start a workout with. The pacing is just right (not too fast) to warm up, but has enough “oomph” to jumpstart your energy!
