Today I’m introducing the Resolve Group Coaching Program!
It’s your 8-week online Strength Training for Fat Loss program – that starts the Monday after New Year’s: 1/5/15. You’ll get 8 weeks of training and nutrition coaching designed for fat loss, while also still preserving and building that lean, metabolic muscle tissue.
What Do I Get in the Resolve Group Coaching Program?
If you’ve participated in my online boot camps in the past, it’s similar in the following ways, but there are a few major additions. Note the additions/differences in bold:
Are you in? Sign up below for less than the cost of ONE in-person personal training session, to secure your spot. The program begins January 5th – the Monday after New Year’s!

Basically, for the first 8-weeks in 2015, I’m both your group and individual coach, for you and a select team to achieve your fitness and health goals in the New Year. You can consider me your full time coach for everything training, nutrition, and having a healthy mindset. Everything included in Resolve Group Coaching is carefully designed help you make some serious progress toward your goals.
In fact, if you don’t see any progress with Resolve Group Coaching, I’d be happy to refund your cost of the program completely.
And did you notice that there’s both an At-Home track and In-the-Gym track? While the two programs are similar in format, they differ in equipment. This means if you work out at home, your entire program will be built upon body weight, a couple of dumbbells, and a resistance band (resistance band is not required.) If you work out in-the-gym, your program will make use of all regular gym equipment. And if you work out both at home and in the gym they’re interchangeable, so you can work from both programs.
Now listen, I’m not huge into New Year’s resolutions, so we won’t be focusing on those. Instead, we’ll be focusing on our right now goals. What do you resolve to achieve right now?

Oh! And as a personal trainer (and previous gym owner,) I know training sessions, gym memberships, and coaching programs make great Christmas gifts! If you are buying this for a friend or family member for Christmas, send me a note in Paypal that “this is a gift,” and I’ll send you over a pretty document to print out and use as a stocking stuffer 🙂

This sounds like something I would definitely be interested in! But, when I clicked on the FAQ, I noticed the pricing is different than it is on this post?
Ahh, thaks for letting me know, Amy! They match now 🙂
Nice program! I don’t necessarily believe in New Year’s Resolutions either, but I think after the holidays we all welcome getting back to regular life and healthier habits. Have a great Monday!

Hi Paige, I am excited for the next round of Boot Camp!
I picked the at home option – but my main goals are to get stronger, building muscle. I have a range of dumbbells at home to use, but no access to machines. Do you think it would be better for me to use the gym track so I can lift heavier?
Thanks!!
Hey Kaelin, I’m looking forward to working with you again!
It’s up to you, and really depends on where your strength is right now. We’ll make use of dumbbells and resistance bands at home. However, if you’re used to lifting heavier at the gym, I’d recommend going that route. We won’t use many machines, but will use dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, etc. in that track.
you know I always love everything you do!
xoxo
Great plan! I love that you have all of these workouts and they cater to both at home and in the gym.
