Good morning, friends! I hope you’re having a lovely Memorial Day weekend. I am so incredibly thankful for the soldiers who have gone across seas to fight for our freedom.

I probably won’t be around the interwebz for the next few days, so I thought I’d pop in and post this workout I filmed the other day…on top of a mountain by my house. Fitting for Memorial Day weekend? Idon’tknow.

Regardless, I figured some of you might want to a) embrace the beautiful weather that you’re (hopefully) having and get outdoors b) get yo’ sweat on, and c) be quick about it. Thusly, this no equipment, total body workout might come in handy for ya. I know I have several online clients who are traveling this week, and I sent them this video – along with a couple other bodyweight and resistance-band only workouts to take with them.
