Friday Favorites (-& Slim For Life and Popchips Giveaway Winner!)
Gooood morning!
Welp, yesterday proved to be not so busy of a day, as two of my clients cancelled. That’s not my favorite. Luckily for them, it was both of their first times cancelling, so no charge for them!
But today’s post isn’t about whining – quite the contrary! I haven’t done a what-I’m-loving or favorites post in a while, and that’s what we’re doing today. Saddle up, I’ve accumulated quite the list of faves over the past few weeks!
Fave: the Lululemon bang buster headband
I’ve been wearing this during and/or after hot yoga class and I love it! Unlike all other lulu headbands I’ve tried, this one does not slip off of my head after doing a down dog 
Speaking of lululemon, did ya’ll hear about the recall for their luon pants? I knew I wasn’t crazy when I told the saleslady that I could see my bum through the pants I was trying on in MY size. Her response was I probably needed to size up. My response was adding that pair to the “do not want” pile and handing it to her.
Fortunately, I’ve found a new favorite athletic wear company –
Fave: Athleta!
My mom introduced me to Athleta last week when she was visiting. She gets their catalog, and was so kind to buy me a couple pieces while we were there.

Fave: Parenthood
Shane and I just started this series this week, and we’ve watched an episode each night. I was a bit thrown because I originally thought it was a comedy, but now I’m hooked!
Fave: Vitacost

Fave: Once Again Almond Butter
Oh my stars. This almond butter rivals, nay, beats my #1 favorite from Trader Joe’s. I could bathe in it. So delicious.

I choco-love how this melts in my mouth! Decadent.

An impulse Vitacost buy – a delicious one. Toasted coconut cashews are just a delish as they sound. Now I just have to hide them from Shane! He loves ‘em, too

Shane and I are not-so-slowly chipping away at our stash.

I want the lulu headband! I bought one from there and it slips all the time! I love yumnuts the chocolate ones are my favorite!

Is it terrible that I can’t think of an answer to this question? I haven’t been adding enough new things to my life lately, I guess. I am loving sleep though, which I’ve been able to get a bit more of than usual lately.

I love the Bang Buster headband too, but Lulu is going down the toilet! I haven’t seen anything I’ve wanted to buy in about six months, whereas before it was a constant struggle not to spend my entire paycheck there. So much fug.

omgeeee now wow are you for real about AB better than TJs!? I WISH they still made their crunchy raw & salty! That was my fav ever but now its just creamy & salty or crunchy & not salty – blegh – lately I’m obsessed with WFs fresh ground almond butter – and SH don’t tell anyone but I put it in a container and use the peanut butter printed label – it saves me like $5 bucks! hahahaha i know so trashy of me but ain’t no shame in saving $$!! I LOVE that headband! I wish I didnt have such an egg head haha

My favorite show lately is the Americans. I’ve been loving how I can’t figure out what is going to happen next. As for food I’ve been loving rice cakes lately.

Those lululemon headbands are my favorite! The only ones that actually stay on my head 🙂 Parenthood is one of my all time favorite shows too. Such a classic!

Love all your favorites but the crunchy almond butter and nuts sound so good! I might have to “impulse” buy them too!

My new favorite sandwich is on one of the Oskar Blues Restaurant menus, “Bring Home a Hippie” sandwich! It was so good that I copied the ingredients last night for myself, and it turned out great…humus, pesto, arugula, tomatoes, avacado and a thick slice of fresh mozzarella all on a toasted bun. YUM I thank Shane for pointing out this item to me the afternoon we all ate there:-)

Ahh, I love, love, LOVE Parenthood! I too thought it was a comedy, and then got hooked. I feel like the characters are part of my life. Haha… I’m also a huge fan of White Collar! We started watching it on Netflix, and (as often happens) flew through it way too fast, and now we have to wait for the next season!

Chips here in Australia. I did see them on a recent holiday to Hawaii but we were going for much more unhealthier options in our snacks 😉

Three of my favorites: Athleta, Parenthood, and Vitacost! I have never been to an Athleta store, but I always drool over their catalogs! And I just recently placed and order through Vitacost-I love their prices, especially on lotions and soaps.
