Good morning, friends!
How was your weekend? Mine was spent with a good mix of work, play, and rest, which just happens to be my combination for life fulfillment, as I talked about on an Instagram post this weekend.
And now, another Monday, another workout video to share with you – your at-home stair workout!
This one can be done right in your own home – as long as you have a staircase. I’d suggest using a staircase that has between 10-25 steps – mine had 16. It includes 4 rounds and a mix of cardio, strength, and plyometrics – all utilizing those handy dandy household stair steps.
If you don’t have a stair case in your house, you can use the one in your apartment building, or at a nearby school or track stadium. Here’s the workout, in case you’d like to pin for later – or follow along!
As always, please consult your physician before trying this workout or any new workout program.

What’s your favorite house hold object to use during workouts?
I’m also a big fan of slippery socks on slick wood floors in place of valslides 🙂
Love it! Might have to do this today while my little guy is resting. Although I’m sure it gets a little loud 🙂 Oh well!
Love it! My favourite household object for workouts is dishtowels (sort of like your slippery socks!) They’re great for that walk-out core move where you stand up, touch the ground with your hands, then slide your hands out as far as you can until you’re almost in a plank. Then, slide them back in and stand again. Super simple and could totally be done with Valslides (which not everyone has), but I don’t know many people that don’t have dishtowels! 🙂

Haha, that’s awesome! But I would be so scared I would totally fall down the stairs!
This looks alike another great workout. I had a roommate in university who would do workouts on the stairs in our res.

This sounds like such a great (and hard!) workout. I totally want to try it – and scare all the people in my building during the process 😉
